My path was filled with mediocrity—rejected by colleges, placed on academic probation, and denied job offers. But each twist led me to something unexpected. After graduating with a minimal GPA, I faced multiple job rejections before finally landing a role at a major software company. After nine years, I resigned and launched Klipda.com, an initiative to empower household women to turn their kitchens into restaurants. Although it thrived for two years, COVID forced its closure. My entrepreneurial journey truly began when I co-founded CodeNinja with my friend Mukhtar. Our early days were tough—dealing with customers who wouldn’t pay, struggling to gain traction. But we were determined to secure higher-order work, and we cracked the code of engineering sales by focusing on creating substantial business value. CodeNinja: A Vertical AI Company Starting with small projects, CodeNinja quickly scaled. We targeted global markets, particularly the US, where we now partner with Fortune 500 companies, helping them solve complex problems with AI and software solutions. Our success expanded into LATAM with CodeNinja Chile, and then into Saudi Arabia, where we rapidly secured major clients in banking, FMCG, and aviation. In 2024, we launched Xccelerated.ai in Dubai, an AI lab in DIFC, driving tenfold improvements across sectors from manufacturing to transportation. Back home in Pakistan, we lead the AI wave, working with the Government to revolutionize governance, agriculture, and healthcare through our 'Pakistan Stack' initiative. Vision & Mission At CodeNinja, we believe technology can solve any problem when deployed equitably. Our vision is to build billion-dollar technologies that tackle global challenges like climate change and inequality. Our mission? Partnering with leading companies to solve their highest-priority problems. Products & Partnerships We've built Hyper, a platform enabling software engineers to become domain experts, and Neural Works, an OS designed for higher-order decision-making. Through strategic partnerships with AI leaders like Core 9 and SparkCognition, we optimize processes and workflows for businesses globally. In this journey, we make decisions every day.
