Proportional integral derivative (PID) trended slightly negative the last 2 weeks of the 8 week trial, but remained within scope. (5) From 2014 to 2017 researched & monitored bulk & non-bulk materials resulting in elimination of over 10 million wasted expenditures. General account budget monies were reallocated for projects within the department. Excess bulk account monies reduced quarterly and year end capital expenditures.
