These are all probably my favourite things to do... I have a robust aptitude and attitude to negotiating, budgeting and developing partnerships and am driven by my strong attention to detail, organisation and communication and wanting the best for those that I support. My sense of humour and creativity help me to manage most situations and I'm a believer in open, sensitive and transparent communication and ensuring that both myself and those with whom I work have a good enough grasp of the 'big picture' so that we can all bring the highest level of value to the work and those we serve.
