Because of my language skills the focus on my job was to explain the menu to international guests, to recommend the appropriate wines, to take correctly their order and to provide an excellent service.Managing a small restaurant with up to 50 seats inside and up to 32 seats outside for international clients. During the day the restaurant was offering a Tapas-menu and in the evening two daily changing 3-course menues (one was a vegetarian one) with local wines. One time a month musik and art events were taking place, which had to be coordinated.One of my daily duties was to translate and write the menu on the slates, which changed twice a day in the languages german, spanish and english. To provide an excellent service for the international guests was self-evident.Planning, organize and execute the opening of a fine-dining restaurant with exrtaordinary italian dishes and with seats of up to 40 pax.Managing a Beachbar-Restaurant, which was offering with a 10-members-crew a substantial breakfast menu, a lunch and a dinner menu and also a large variety of drinks and cocktails on a terrasse with up to 100 seats, predominantly for english guests.Provide an excellent service for international guests in fine-dining.
