Knowledge translation through teaching and communication remains a passion and ongoing focus. Upon completion of my masters, I wanted to focus on helping to improve lifestyle choices of individuals; this was a motivator for me to further my education and become a nurse. I would like to help decrease the epidemics of obesity and diabetes through education and counselling.
