I have been working for the Volvo Group since 2001. In 2011 I took the opportunity of coordinating I&O deliveries within Volvo IT Belgium. During that period I gained a lot of experience on leadership skills as team leader and was able to build further on various project management skills as well, such as integration management (planning, resources, time plan), risk management and stakeholder management. In 2014 I took on the challenge as Process & IT Chief Project Manager to bring business and IT closer together by managing process and system changes. Today I am working as Digitalization & IT Manager in the Gent & European region for the Service Market Logistics division in GTO (Group Trucks Operations). My main mission is still to bring business & IT closer together but now in alignment with the Volvo GTO vision and different strategies: digitalization, citizen development, agility (product owner for one of our core backbone systems).
