When people hear that they are shocked, as I have many years of experience in client relationship roles, I've been a high performer in face to face sales jobs, worked in events at University and across the world, played multiple sports and have even appeared on TV. Recently I've learnt, despite how confident somebody appears to be, the majority of men struggle to open up to the people closest to them. There are a variety of reasons for this which include the fear of being judged or critiqued, not wanting to put a burden on others, man up mentality and so on. I've realised that all of these reasons have applied to me at one stage of my life and practically every man i know. Due to my own experiences, the research I've carried out and desire to have a career which involves my Psychology degree, I decided that coaching men was my calling. I spent 2022 carrying out my diploma in Professional Performance Coaching and set up Step Up Coaching at the start of 2023. My vision is to encourage men to have more open discussions with one another, however Step Up Coaching takes things a few steps further. Step Up Coaching is for ambitious men who want to improve an area of their life or want a better lifestyle in general. I offer 1 to 1 coaching, group coaching and workshops for the public and corporate organisations.
