However, I did pick up a few key skills while in the industry. Self discipline, scheduling, leadership (in my role as senior cadet) and working without supervision. I then went on to pursue Bachelor of Science at the University of the South Pacific. Achieved my Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science and Information Systems. Developed a good understanding of SQL, PHP, C++, HTML and Networking. I also gained a fair amount of knowledge in python programming as well. After graduating I managed to find Employment at Vodafone Fiji Limited as a Customer Service Representative. In addition to service as a Customer Service Representative I was assigned to help maintain the information web service utilized by Customer Care. This mainly involved creating, editing and maintaining web pages. At this position I developed Troubleshooting skills, key communication skills, etiquette and de-escalation skills. Also honed in on my HTML skills. Later I transferred to the Billing Department at Vodafone Fiji PTE Limited which where I am currently employed. I am involved in level 2 troubleshooting of Billing or Provisioning issues of Corporate clients. My role also requires development of unique SQL reports for various purposes. Through carrying out this role I have developed Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel Knowledge as well as Billing and Provisioning knowledge (Mobile Communications). Recently I decided to further my Education and now graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems and will be looking to pursue my Masters in Information Systems soon. Vodafone
