Based on the cumulated experiences in Sourcing Strategy and Category Management, I have been appointed in 2014, Vice-President, Global Procurement, in charge of managing the overall Sourcing & Procurement Strategy of Technip at Group level Following the merge with FMC, I have been appointed Director to manage the Direct Material Category, i.e the Strategic Sourcing at Group level within Global Sourcing & Procurement Organization After several years of Global Sourcing & Procurement activities at Corporate level, I have been appointed Director of the Sourcing & Procurement of the 2 largest BUs for the Onshore/Offshore segment where I’m responsible for the Sourcing & Procurement Operations. Paris & Rome BUs are the 2 centers of excellence in charge of the Onshore/Offshore Mega-Projects.
