As a floor supervisor I am responible for a team of four doing this same type of work. This position also entails a role as primary laison to the individual members of the production team on jobs with current or predicted compliance and specification issues with the intention of trouble-shooting/optimizing machines, materials, or SOPs to both fix current and prevent future production variation.
