We continue to grow the Group organically as well as through strategic acquisitions across 20 countries. Prior to my current role, I spent seven months on secondment (from BDO) at IVC Evidensia to assist (Vendor Assist) the Group CFO to complete a successful PE backed sale. Following the success of this process I was asked to join IVC Evidensia directly and have been integral part of each sale process since. I now bring significant transaction and due diligence experience to our acquisition process. I provide oversight and input on each acquisition IVC Evidensia make. Prior to this I worked within BDO's Transaction Services division. My experience includes due diligence, valuations, independent accountant’s reports, IPO's, independent expert reports, financial modelling & corporate advisory services.
