Able to cultivate and nurture sustainable Client and Operational relationships, with an extensive and successful track record in delivering an broad range of business critical and strategic solutions to a diverse range of Public and Private Sector client bases. Combining business and technical skills and over 20 years experience in business development and account management to successfully deliver against clearly defined business goals and objectives within stringent deadlines. Experienced in EU procurement protocols, SLA negotiation and management across both public and private sector partnership working. Able to demonstrate extensive financial and commercial acumen coupled with responsibility for profit and loss that result in revenue and profitability growth. Excellent hybrid management skills readily able to switch tracks and rapidly absorb and understand complex detail.
