Escalate issues related to Pricing, Lead time or quality to the site buyer. Maintaining the price, Delivery date in the system. Amend & transmit the PO accordingly. Send weekly / monthly report to the site along with the $/GB value moved for Expedite De-expedite Action. Responsible in Work Order Management Status.Responsibility:- 1) Co-ordination between vendors, buyers and engineering/quality for regular transaction. 2) Follow-ups with suppliers & arranging the raw material for manufacturing. 3) To ensure 100% accurate master data in SAP (pricing, terms, tax structure, currency etc) 4) Maintaining all purchasing relevant data in SAP. 5) To assist the sourcing team in periodical reporting. 6) Give delivery schedule to suppliers on daily, weekly & monthly basis as per sales plan. 7) Familiar with SAP transactions related to MM (purchase) module. 8) Implementation in TOC (Theory of constraint) at TTR & Supplier end. 9) Visiting at supplier end and solved the problems related with smooth supply for TTR production. 10)Visited @ Vardhini Udhog - Satara.( 3 Months) & Hindalco Industries - Panvel, Mumbai.( 1 Month).
