The modules in school has definitely formed the foundation to being in the industry as all the skills honed and knowledge gained in school had very much helped me with my 6 months internship at a childcare centre. Additionally, working part-time at a kindergarten care centre has definitely broaden my views on a role as an educator and importance of prioritising the children's development. Simultaneously, I had the opportunity to apply what I have learnt in school through my modules and practicums. However, working in the industry is very different from textbooks and my initial perception of being in a preschool centre. I believe that what truly makes us a good educator is dedication and meaningful experiences. Seeking assistance from experienced educators has definitely motivated me to make a positive impact for these young children. Others would describe me as someone passionate and resolute. I put my heart and soul when doing what I am interested in and I am determined to achieve my personal goals with quality.
