I believe strongly that economies are created and fuelled by the overwhelmingly under-represented, underpaid, over-worked, small business owners who are on a mission to make a dent in the universe, driven by passion, determination, and the appropriate amount of blind faith. Without a doubt, the last two years have been very tough, and any business owner who has made it through deserves a lifetime of respect. That said, we also need to get comfortable talking about failure. I am a husband and father, a son and a boss.
