I attend to relevant escalations and provide updates on access denials due to lease renewal issues. My job also deals with contribution towards risk mitigation by reviewing title and sundry documents which have been filed for concluded negotiations, ensuring strict adherence to required standards. My communication and interpersonal skills are excellent. Legal drafting and report preparation/presentation are also my strong points. I am very conversant with the use of Microsoft office suite. I am hard-working, diligent, trustworthy and disciplined. I am a multi-tasker and I pay attention to details. My wealth of experience is a desirable that will improve performace and output at any organization.
