  I am proud to state that I trained intensely for over 6 years with renowned Iyengar Yoga Master, Eric Small and mentor Colleen Percy Forsyth in southern California. I have been teaching all levels of yoga from beginning through advanced including restorative and adaptive classes employing the superior beneficial Iyengar principles and skills of refined anatomical alignment for individual body types and needs, breath discipline, progressive strength, agility and balance development, functional fascia movement and therapy, along with body/mind integration, ANS relationship and mental mindfulness instruction. I am also trained in specific classes for MS patients and the elderly. RYT 200 hours, Fascia Certification with over 22 years of teaching experience . As well as studio classes I offer private, small in-home and group classes. I have also designed private intimate pre nuptial sessions for the bride and groom and or the wedding party creating a beautiful ritual cleansing and importantly a soulful connection through mind/body integration in order to prepare a deep soulful experience prior to the exchanging of the most important vibrational vows expressed; an experience they can return to over and over again as they move and grow through their lives together.
