I specialize in developing and optimizing cost effective SIM systems as I have done for international operators like Chevron, Engie and Woodside Energy in the past in technical authority roles. I combine business and transformation leadership abilities alongside significant technical competence in Engineering of offshore, onshore, mining and marine structures viz. Fixed Wellhead & Process Platforms (topsides & substructures), FPSOs, FLNGs, Modular structures and Jetty facilities from Concept to Commissioning and beyond (facilities engineering and operations). I am passionate about mentoring and diversity initiatives. I am also a Future Problem Solving Program coach (received the Paul E. Torrance Australian national coach's award in 2017) and am involved in mentoring Mensa members. I remain committed to inter-professional education (IPE) as I cross-train engineers and technical professionals in Management & Leadership as well as Civil Structural (offshore and onshore) Engineering.
