In both, there are too many "one size fits all" approaches and at times not enough accountability for the adults running the systems. After many years of planning, I have followed my heart to Boston and am exploring both employment and consulting opportunities in city and the surrounding communities. It appears that there are plenty of opportunities for someone wishing to use their skills in the field of aging. Keep my in mind if you hear of any openings in the Boston area.
