Paul Dyer’s Expertise I have 28 years of experience in IT and 23 years working with SAP products. I was headhunted by SAP and worked for them for 7 years heading up their technical division within the SAP Centre of Excellence and was responsible for the Basis, PI, TDMS and Solution Manager Teams. I also consulted in Solution Architecture, facilitated a number of Run SAP Solution Manager workshops, Risk management, Disaster recovery, Quality Assurance and Systems testing including Stress Testing and worked on several projects. As the head of the Solution Manager team at SAP I have presented to clients at AFSUG on a number different capabilities contained within the Solution Manager suit of tools and also at the SAP World tour. I left SAP for a short time doing contract work but am now back at SAP. I have been the technical project manager for several large SAP projects as well as a number of Solution Manager Projects and have a good understanding of Scope management, As Is and To Be business processes as well as implementation methodologies. During my time at SAP, PWC and IBM I have gained a tremendous amount of experience managing Teams and delivering projects. As a Business Manager and Principal Consultant I have always had people reporting to me and so have a lot of experience in people management, getting the best from a team, have strong people skills and have mentored a number of consultants to achieve their best.
