(e.g. Health & Safety, Hygiene Regulations, Food Safety and any others as introduced and relevant). • Developing and implementing service KPIs / Menus ensuring that performance management indicators are monitored and outcomes meets or exceeds KPIs targets / school meal uptake and PPM targets. • Deliver effective event planning, including event preparation, catering service delivery functions, pre event management and menu planning/tastings. • Working closely with the Head of Service and the wider senior leadership management team to ensure BDTP effectively manage performance and ensure that the service has strong operational focus and service that delivers quality and value for money for our clients. • Working with relevant colleagues to ensure the effective on-site marketing of Catering services and developing opportunities to expand the business base to meet additional customer need and maximise business potential. • Ensuring school catering is delivered in conjunction with the curriculum for excellence including the provision of healthy menus, meeting school ambassador teams in educating pupils around eating healthy meals Bangladesh
