The outcome of the programme saw the introduction of a new agency model, selection and on-boarding of new agency partners along with a new approach to campaign planning, delivery and governance. • Designed the PO Box retention strategy. In the first year alone, exceed revenue target and improved retention by 3% whilst converting an additional 5% of the customer base to Direct Debit.• Led the development of the Customer Planning Document, a tool for that enabled Sales to easily view the customers advertising history, existing advertising packages and spend in other media. • Introduced new payment terms for customers with a history of bad debt, enabling them to continue to advertise their products and services. • Using data analysis, established and communicated the product sales strategy focused on upselling and cross selling customers to a more valuable advertising package. Resulted in a significant improvement in retention and an increase in sales of multimedia, multi-area advertising packages.
