Ensuring that Key User communities are staffed, informed and committed in analyzing, developing and implementing Business & IT architecture solutions. Ensure information and feedback loops in relation to the Key User communities. Collects and analyses business requirements and translates them into IT requirements. Manages and monitors demands to ensure delivery in quality, time and budget. Coordinates and reviews services provided by the IT delivery units to ensure alignment with business demands in corresponding process cluster. Supports process analysis in order to support business organization through IT solutions. Contributes and supports planning, budgeting, design and alignment of business demands.
