Earlier I was as at HydraSpecma to start & develop the Indirect Procurement & Processes. Focus-areas: - MRO - Nordic contract for factory- and office-supplies - IT - Global contract for hardware & outsourcing of IT hosting - CAPEX - Procurement and implementation of new HR Master System Other focus areas: - Developed Indirect Agreements - Developed a Procurement Policy to set ONE WAY OF WORKING for the clients global organization. CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology) To develop the strategic purchasing work and mainly for Professional services. I also bought different external work packages for the CEVT Engineering. Before that I was responsible for the Procurement Work Stream in a Volvo Cars strategic large in-sourcing project for Professional services and the launch of the IT-tool Fieldglass. I was also Supplier-work-stream-lead for the launch of Ariba Network & Services. I have during the years worked with various major global sourcing projects, international strategies, cross-functional teams, agreements, should cost modeling, supplier evaluations, production planning, together with local and international operations, suppliers, factories etc. I am a very dedicated, business-minded and social person with a positive outlook on life and find it easy to communicate with different types of people and to create networks.
