Improved Green IT in the DCs by reducing the footprint and moved refreshed older physical server instances to virtualized server farms which were built with energy efficient servers. Standardized hardware and OS Images Globally (same SOP, Work Instructions and standard hardware specs globally). In January 2008, IT Infrastructure was outsourced to HP.
