Although my revenue strategies and well-organized operations contributed to bottom-line profitability, the main catalyst to my long-term success was maintaining excellence in customer satisfaction. I also ensured my staff was trained and committed to the high standards needed to create the best customer experience. After my success as a business owner, I decided to take a new direction and ignite my interest in B2B and B2C sales. I quickly became a top-producing sales representative, selling a variety of products and services across diverse industries. To capture business, I identified undiscovered geographical areas, joined networking groups, and utilized competitive analysis to convert prospects to customers. Today, I continue to thrive as an inside sales representative with Franklin Machine Products, a company that supplies kitchen equipment, parts, and accessories to chain restaurants.
