This analysis, therefore, cannot ignore classifications, quantifications, accurate descriptions etc., that is, a working method very similar to the scientific method itself. I currently work in the IT Corporate & Market system Office division and in particular in the Service Management BSS & Revenue Assurance function. I have the task of implementing, supervising and aligning some operational processes for controlling and measuring the performance of the Network Elements (both fixed network and mobile network) to the evolution of the network, especially with reference to the production of tax records. This documentation is necessary not only for charging traffic to customers and other operators, but also for analysis activities and provision of traffic reports outside the company (judiciary, customers). My current role also includes program & project management activities and technical and operational coordination of a team. I have always worked in the Telecom Italia group and, mainly, I have always had the role indicated above, but with increasing scope and responsibilities.
