I spent countless hours exploring the wonderfully built architecture that facilitated data streaming from various IoT data sources, applying of aggregations and predictions, sampling and storing to timeseries database, deploying ML models and visualisation of data. Intrigued and inspired by the craftsmanship, I decided to go all-in, to pursue different tools and technologies in the field of data engineering. With Python being my trusty sidekick, I delved into data architectures like Kafka, PySpark, InfluxDb, Airflow, Dask, and even the magical realm of Kubernetes. Since then, I have been developing and upgrading the data pipelines to provide more scalability, high availability and robustness.
