GAR-Final card issuance by bank vis a vis sourcing 2. Conversion (conversion from processing desk to Risk & Credit Unit) 3. FTNR as per credit policy 4. Ops quality report 5. Call quality report - Driving Portfolio Objectives like RTO Curing & Curables with the help of dedicated HBL (associate company of HDFC) manpower. - Training/ Audits – Product / Policy Related Training & Audits- Pro-active sampling of forms & analyzing the root cause behind the rejections. - Close coordination with all stake holders such as RCU & Debt Management.
