Coordinate with engineers to process changes and ensure priorities are in alignment with manufacturing schedules. Achieve customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, spare parts availability, customer response time and reduced order cycle time. Provide Sales with timely delivery commitments for quotations and orders as well as information on order status changes.
