Previously, as part of our Payment System Integrity team, I set up and led Mastercard Global Risk Leadership platform, where industry leaders can jointly address the security risks of payment systems worldwide. Earlier in my career, I helped companies to conduct assessments before entering new markets, set up new product lines, and smooth the process of business acquisitions. What has remained constant throughout my career is the ability to leverage excellent inter-personal skills and my commitment to the use of collaboration and building bridges across cultures as means to address challenges of all sizes. This commitment is best exemplified by my work as a board member of the Woodstock Institute, US Council for International Business, US Chamber of Commerce’s US-Bangladesh Council, US-India Friendship Alliance, a frequent panel judge for the Asia Society’s Annual Asia Pacific American Corporate Survey on Diversity and Inclusion Leadership, and chair of the Sikh Leadership Summit.
