Described core samples for coal resource project on Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky. Was co-author of resulting report with the Kentucky Geological Survey.Insured that highest grade of uranium was being mined. Mapped geologic features such as faults, ore thickness, change in lithology, etc., and recorded all features on surface map. Marked centerline of drifts where needed to insure miners were following mine plan. Supervised maintenance of main shaft, haulage drift miners and general laborers to keep tracks clean and operational. Ordered all supplies being used underground.Insured that highest grade of uranium was being mined.
