She is a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University, and active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is currently completing an additional certification in Integral Coaching through Integral Coaching Canada. In addition, she is a Clinical Hypnotherapist certified through the International Medical Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA). Her expertise is in using hypnotherapy for personal and professional development. She firmly believes that top athletes have coaches and hypnotherapists—so should top leaders.
