During the 2015 school my supporting lead officers lead the team to 7th in the national competition. Finally, after graduation I landed a job as a Manufacturing Engineer at Caterpillar - Global Mining, in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I maintained this position leading Continuous Improvement projects while supporting the Large Machining Bay as a tactical and advanced Manufacturing Engineer, assisting with business critical project planning and execution. During my first year I accepted the additional responsibility of Lead Section Manager of Large Machining where I acquired a team of 10-14 direct reports, across 3 shifts, working together to maintain and improve current production levels during business critical project execution. After three exciting and productive years at Caterpillar I have accepted a position with Konecranes in the Engineered to Order division where I will further hone my PM and leadership skill set.
