The DATA Cleanup team selected me to represent Coal Processing in the project to gather and upload all data to convert to SAP system that went live July 2002. I was promoted to mechanical Foreman and headed the mechanical maintenance teams for unit 02, G.O’s and unit 201. After completion of generic assessor’s course I accepted a level promotion as training practitioner for Coal Processing. Later Inside Ash and Rectisol Mechanical were added to my portfolio as Lead Training Practitioner for these mechanical departments. In July 2012 I accepted a Senior Maintenance Foreman position back at Coal Processing. I successfully completed my studies which I started while I was in the Training Department and Graduated in B Tech in Human Resources Management in March 2013. Back in plant operations I was leading Unit 01 and later 202 as maintenance foreman with the objectives to maintain and restore equipment to support our business production targets. Currently I am the Mechanical G.O foreman for Unit 01 & 201 Sasol
