  I’m presently a Senior Business Analyst, working at Liverpool Victoria in the General Insurance division. Before Businesses Data Partners, I worked for over 4 years as a Data Analyst in the Insurance and Wealth Division of Lloyd’s Banking Group. In total I spent over 17 years with Lloyds and before working as Analyst, I had various role, with exposure to areas such as Auditing, Risk and project management. I’ve experience creating and maintaining reporting (across a wide variety data and stakeholders). I’ve also experience providing analysis of short or long term trends within the data to allow stakeholders to understand the performance and to help with future planning. I’m highly proficient with range of SQL (I’ve experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, also Oracle and PLSQL Developer) I’m also highly experience with Excel (including VBA), Power BI and ETL (using Microsoft Visual Studio), PowerPoint, Visio, and Sharepoint software. I’ve also had training and exposure to Tableau and IBM’s Cognos Analytics. I’ve also had on training Risk Management, Cyber Security, Online Data Protection, as well as both LEAN Six Sigma & systems thinking. I’m used to detail orientated work, with tight deadlines and working with sensitive data, something which I excel at.
