He enjoys 30 years of management experience in the electronics industry, and has navigated several companies through highly competitive and rapidly changing markets, consistently producing outstanding efficiency, growth and revenues. He holds several patents and is well published in the electrical engineering field. In 2004, Dr. Joy embarked on a new career in real estate by earning a salesperson real estate license in California and together with his wife Connie established “The Joys of Real Estate”. They joined Prudential California Realty in Scripps Ranch as a team. In 2005 they were “Rookie of the Year” and they both earned their Broker’s License. In 2006 they received “The President’s Award” from Prudential and became E-Pro Certified, E-Certified and Accredited Staging Professionals. They joined Keller Williams Realty in Sabre Springs in 2007 where Dr. Joy became a member of the Agent Leadership Council and was Chairman of the Finance Committee. In 2009 he became part owner and Operating Principal of the Keller Williams San Diego North Inland real estate office in Sabre Springs.
