I admire people who take risks; but only when they are calculated risks. They should know ahead of the time, what is cost if everything goes wrong. Through the use of Six Sigma, Lean Management, and utilizing proper Project Management techniques, I have seen small ideas produce great benefits. I have spend most of my career in this industry holding MANY different roles including: Salesperson, Product Designer, Estimator, Product Fabricator and Installer, Purchasing & Inventory Control, Permit Agent, Quality Control Inspector, Production Scheduler, AR & AP Processor, Business Office Manager, and many more. With this knowledge of the operations plus some additional outside education, I became a system Analyst. I would help these companies reorganize; first with manual processes, and later with custom-written computer applications assembled into business ERP systems. . Florida Career College
