I specifically Use all types of welding processes, for instance Aluminum Mig, Tig and Feronius, Stainless steel, Mig and Tig, Mild/ Carbon steel Mig and Tig, I'm certified in all processes. We do a first piece check to make sure everything is within spec, also a mid piece and a last piece check. TIG Welder/ Fabrication WACO Aircraft Corporation 3/22- 9/22 Our company builds classic WACO and Great Lakes airplane. What I do is I use various welding methods such as; Aluminum, Mild, Carbon and Stainless steel TIG. We heat from metals to what ever the process calls for. We read blueprints to makes sure what we're building is to spec. Welder Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet 06/21- 3/22 As a company build high end Grills, Pizza ovens, smokers and cabinets. My procedure is to weld (TIG) parts of Cabinets such as; side panels, doors, floor pans ceilings etc... Our products are make from stainless steel. Our parts are made all in house, from the plasma table to the bender then to me, then the parts get finished and then off to assembly. Then we ship them out. We are pretty much our own boss here which means we have to take responsibility if something is wrong or if there's a scrap part. They expect this from everyone associate. Welder Marinette Marine 1600 Ely St Marinette Wi. 54143 Flux core welder 10/19/2019 - 4/26-2021 Started on second shift in Building 30, (panel line) started building the ships from flat steel to constructing the modules. Then moved to third shift after 2½ months of doing flux core welding. Had to weld vertical ups and overhead, also had to fillet weld. Then went to weld school for a month to learn seam welding. While on third shift also got certified in Sub Arch welding and Moggy welding. Worked on third shift for 8 months. Had the opportunity to move to first shift and took it. Been on first shift ever since and became certified in Aluminum and Carbon steel TIG and aluminum MIG. Now working with the Electrical Hot works team.
