Our efforts inform energy efficiency program efficiencies, energy education best practices and workforce training and job placement of hard to serve populations. We further believe that integrating demand side management programs, energy efficiency measures, energy education and energy job development maximizes ratepayer dollars and overall program effectiveness. As a community advocacy first enterprise, Castaneda Communications facilitates valuable information sharing targeting policy decision-makers in both government and investor owned energy companies.
