I monitor and Manage onsite safety, business risk, governance and compliance of our staff, 3PL providers and construction partners within the Beer and Baileys remit in Ireland and the UK on our production and packaging sites. As part of my role I must ensure that stringent policies and procedures are followed by all staff and contractors. Strong Health & Safety management is essential in a high volume, complex yard, and increased risk environment.
