From some of the construction work I've done to my extensive call center experience, this is my calling. I've been a supervisor/foreman on many crews while working in the construction field. I was the face of the company as a roofer for business clients when leaks and other problems would arise. I was a liaison to the PA State Police when I worked to remove radio equipment to install in new units and design undercover layouts. I worked for AT&T for nearly 20 years and went thru certification to work on equipment from every top cell phone manufacturer with training in Philly, Seattle and Orlando. I created a training program on an website shared by 6 call centers and used on our internal knowledge base. I gave every waking moment as a union official to represent my co-workers while being fair with the company at the same time. I strive to give every customer the best experience, no matter the field. I've been an aspiring stand up comedian since 1980. I was runner up at the 2013 Summer Comedy Crackdown in Lancaster at The Comedy Depot. A high point, a milestone even. I was in awe that night and it still makes me smile. I continue to write material and perform when I can. I promote comics with upcoming shows and I am assisting in promoting a comedy show for a pet rescue group. I am also dabbling in some other promotional opportunities. I've been on stage in Mexico, Hawaii and open mic ventures around the area as well as guest spots at various clubs.
