I am passionate about working in the music industry especially in an A&R role for a record label. I am the editor of 4 different kind of music review blogs at blogger.com and the google+ platform. Music Journalism interests me very much and I would very much like to be recognised as a journalist of Black British Music, although I can write about many kind of different music genres. I do very much hope to (someday) write a book about the history and evolution of Black British Music, especially from a Black-British perspective, where (I believe in the United Kingdom) there has not been very much written about this subject matter from all kind of print media and academia. I really want to break and reflect the monopoly of how this genre of music is analysed, researched, documented and archived and reflected for not just the British publish but for people around the world also. I would also like to use my music and cultural journalistic skills in Television Broadcast journalism. Compared to how Black-American Music is documented and analysed in the United States, the United Kingdom reflections of Black-British music is virtually non-existent. The United Kingdom has not documented its greatest Black-British performers in the best possible reflections in the history evolution of the 1960's to the present day in certain particular music genres of Black-British music. I very much hope to write a book someday about the evolution struggles of Black British musicians in the British music industry. I wish to lecture industry professionals about the importance of music video. On My blog on google+, I am documenting the classic performances of music artists on the British music programme 'Top of the Pops', as well as the artistic evolution of the music video.
