In August 2023 I graduated from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University receiving a Master's in Environmental Sustainability with concentrations in municipal sustainability and natural resource management. I also received my bachelor's degree with distinction at IU in 2022, where I studied environmental management, French, and International Studies. My professional skills and interests lie in climate change solutions but am open to all kinds of sustainability work to tackle the climate crisis and build a more equitable and inclusive world. Whilst pursuing a world-class education at IU, I had the chance of a lifetime to compete in Division I Rowing in the Big Ten Conference. As a nominated team captain, I devoted my time and energy to developing solid team initiatives and relationships, improving communication skills, thinking strategically, and earnestly taking on any challenge that was presented. Being a part of IU Athletics provided key opportunities for me to give back to the community through student groups such as the Athletic Director’s Council on Diversity and Inclusivity, the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and especially through the founding of Global Hoosiers, a group dedicated to mentoring and supporting international students.
