Childless Not By Choice Support- Walking this path can be a heavy load. I know because I am navigating it myself. I can support you in carrying the grief and isolation with grace and acceptance. Healing and growth are available. So are silver linings! Let me help you connect with your creativity and joy to find purpose and fulfillment as the nurturing, generative woman person you already are. Raising awareness and fostering inclusion of and equity for the growing numbers of non-parents (about 80% of whom are childless not by choice) in familial, social, and organizational systems. Chronic Pain and Stress Reduction- I teach and counsel people with chronic pain to effectively release tension, and find more calm, comfort, and relaxation of the body, mind, and emotions. This leads to consistently lower pain levels and fewer and less severe flare-ups. Child and Family Wellness- As a Nanny and Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, I learned a lot about what makes children thrive within their family system and what challenges may arise. My orientation to working with children and their families is caring presence and play with the child and non-judgmental support and guidance of parents.
