Sticking to this outlook with my work and my entire has helped me build myself into an enthusiastic personality in which I find myself taking the initiative for everything I do. Working in an automotive shop with deadlines and late nights has taught me to get the ball rolling as soon as you can, and keep it going until everything is complete. Because of this, I like to take lead and to collaborate with those around me to reach our common goal. And although some days may present difficult challenges, I have always kept my commitment to overcome whatever obstacle appears in front of me.
