We are CMMI Level 3 assessed with proven methodologies that span traditional and agile software development procedures. Our Solutions offerings cover Mobility Services, Cloud Computing, Geospatial Analytics, and Cyber Security. We are a leader in such core services as Program Management and Business Analytics, Application and Software Development, System Integration, Infrastructure Engineering, and Operations Support.• Established and launched a collaborative initiative for the five ICF practices that successfully identified, qualified and captured opportunities over $50 million. • Directed account executives, capture management, proposal operations and market research; led a team of 25 managers and consultants. • Spearheaded and secured the largest deal in 37-year corporate history with the State of Louisiana, “The Road Home Program,” worth $900 million over a three-year period. • The capture and proposal organizations won all of the legacy EPA and FEMA bids in 2006 totaling over $100 million. Won critical ID/IQ contract for Program Management with Department of Homeland Security and HHS. • Win rate for 2006 was over 70%. Qualified over $500 million of new opportunities in 2007.Northrop Grumman Information Technology (Federal Enterprise Solutions), Falls Church, Virginia Director Business Development - Information Technology Solutions, 2004 – 2006 • Promoted to new role post merger of legacy Northrop companies and TRW. • Directed business solutions for civilian agencies in: sciences, telecommunications, human capital management, security solutions, document management and network solutions. • Directed business solutions for civilian agencies in: sciences, telecommunications, human capital management, security solutions, document management and network solutions. • Expanded the account team from two to nine account managers and successfully achieved over $350 million in new business 2nd quarter 2005 in the areas of: o Postal – NCSC, $225 million; o NASA IV&V, $100 million; o NARA IV&V, $11.5 million; o Treasury HSPD-12, $3 million; o FDIC ITAS - T.O. #1, $20 million. Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (formerly TRW), Reston, Virginia Director Business Development - Enterprise Information Systems Architecture, 2002 - 2003 • Directed new line of business (LOB) that generated $100 million in annual sales. • Created new business strategy designed for Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice. o BD and Capture for SEC back office scanning contract for $31 million. • Skillfully grew business in the IRS, CFTC, Departments of State and Interior by bringing security and e-enablement technologies to these customers.
