Sam Aucott’s Expertise MBTI - ISFJ I joined TNT UK in June 2000 as a Customer Service Representative at Atherstone Contact Centre. I worked my way through the different functions within the Contact Centre, including Frontline, Support and Major Accounts. This is where I developed my customer service skills. I joined the People Development team in 2010. My role offers a lot of variety and job satisfaction. I help to develop the skills and knowledge of Customer Service Representatives as they undertake their career journey through TNT. Although I am based at Atherstone Contact Centre my role also allows me to offer coaching and development to other TNT sites around the UK. I find it very rewarding helping people develop and progress. I completed a certificate in Learning and Development in 2011. I joined the Customer Experience Quality Team in October 2016. I am now responsible for customer satisfaction and the day to day completion of quality data. Completing evaluations and audits on our Customer Service Representatives, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. To champion quality as a key business driver in achieving and maintaining recognition as a centre of excellence. I rejoined the Customer Service Training Team in January 2019. I am once again responsible for helping develop the skills and knowledge of our Customer Service team members, as they undertake their career journey through TNT/FedEx. I am also responsible for the design and evaluation of learning interventions, used within the Customer Experience department. I have experience designing and creating e-learning modules, using Articulate. In June 2021 I left my role at FedEx and joined ALDI as a Global Business Coordination Assistant. I am responsible for facilitating train the trainer sessions globally, creating trainer materials, assist and participate in projects and analyse and document business requirements for processes and systems.
