We work to reduce human error and poor user experience. I am experienced in UAT, BAT, System, Exploratory & Regression across various SDLC models, in particular Agile (SCRUM & KANBAN) but my passion lies with Usability principles and best practise, Accessibility and enhancing the user experience. I partner with teams to serve as the voice of the user, advocate for UX methodologies, and work with designers and developers to translate user and business needs into working software.
