Myself and my team are responsible for: - Serving as the front line for daily sales support - Coordinating customer renewal activities with the sales team to ensure proper visibility and action on clients due for renewal - Coordination and Management of the RFP/RFI Process - Planning, development and distribution of annual sales compensation/commission plans for the various sales roles/positions paid on a variable compensation plan - Execution of sales commissions calculations on a monthly and quarterly basis in alignment to the compensation plan - Providing support for sales data analysis and reporting for sales professionals, sales leadership and executive leadership - Analysis of new technologies in support of the sales mission and company objectives - Management of software/tools deployed in support of sales and funnel management - Setting and managing annual department budgets to manage spend on tools, training, travel and other critical department areas I am an expert in development of best practices, developing and managing deployment of systems and tools, training development and delivery, process analysis and improvement as well as support of multiple SaaS/CRM/CPQ solutions. I have been focused on sales enablement and operations methodologies for the past 13 years of my career. I thrive in finding ways to continuously improve processes and systems and supporting my end customers (internal or external) with passion and a never ending focus on responsiveness. Having an impact on the ability of sales teams to do their jobs better, faster and more intelligently thus resulting is more closed business is what drives me day to day.
